The role of the rehabilitation specialist has grown significantly within sports organizations, as the position—which combines expertise in both injury management and training—is now widely accepted. This Professional Certification provides robust tools and concepts based on the Innovity method, equipping professionals with a solid foundation for planning rehabilitation sessions and the ability to design exercises tailored to specific needs encountered in practice. The first section focuses on the fundamentals of the rehabilitation process, delivering detailed, precise methodological content, and progresses to specific material regarding joint injuries in footballers. This focus centers on ACL rehabilitation and includes specialized training in neuromuscular control—a cornerstone of recovery for players who have sustained this type of injury. Next, the program addresses rehabilitation for lower-limb injuries with high incidence rates in football: tendon injuries (patellar and Achilles) and muscle injuries (quadriceps, hamstrings, and triceps surae). Continuing this conceptual approach, the program covers injuries to the “core” region, including conditions affecting both the pelvic and scapular girdles. These sections are approached from a highly practical perspective, presenting examples of tasks sequenced according to tissue requirements; these serve not only as models but also as a basis for professionals to creatively devise new exercises and tasks of varying complexity. This Professional Certification consists of 12 one-month courses, organized into four three-month blocks. Upon meeting the established requirements, participants receive the main certification diploma (online) as well as diplomas for the four “Expert Programs” that comprise the course. The Professional Certification program can be completed either continuously or in blocks—as determined by the user—with a timeframe of up to 24 consecutive months from the date of enrollment. The program concludes with a specific module on field training methodology, primarily aimed at equipping the professional with the necessary tools to design and create specific drills, as well as to manage the entire rehabilitation and reconditioning process leading up to the player’s return to competition.
1. Foundations of the process of readaptation to competition
2. Neuromuscular control in injury prevention and sports performance
3. Post-surgery rehabilitation for anterior cruciate ligament injury

5. Return to training following triceps surae and Achilles tendon injury
6. Return-to-training following hamstring injuries
7. Return to training following pubic and adductor muscle injuries
8. Return to training after core injuries
