This Professional Certification adopts a comprehensive approach, addressing multiple areas of knowledge with the clear and concrete aim of enhancing competencies related to the treatment and return-to-play rehabilitation of joint injuries.<\/p>\n
The first part of the certification focuses on understanding the injury itself, including injury incidence zones, neuromuscular risk factors, and injury biomechanics. Collectively, this section provides both preventive applications and key tools and concepts to be applied during the injury and recovery process.<\/p>\n
Next, the program introduces technological innovation, applied to both treatment and rehabilitation as well as player assessment. This is followed by a module on treatment and the early stages of post-injury rehabilitation, with a strong focus on ACL recovery, emphasizing neuromuscular control as a fundamental component to be developed in this type of injury.<\/p>\n
Finally, the program advances toward methodological learning for the later phases of rehabilitation, which take place primarily on the field. This section covers physical-tactical conditioning and tactical performance, providing the knowledge necessary for the player to achieve the required adaptations to return to team training and, subsequently, to competitive play.<\/p>\n
This Professional Certification consists of 12 one-month courses, grouped into 4 three-month blocks. It grants\u2014 to those who meet the defined requirements\u2014 its corresponding online diploma, as well as the diplomas for the four \u201cExpert Programs\u201d that form part of it.
