In most cases, the lower limbs function explosively (e.g., during jumping and sprinting actions) or stabilizingly (e.g., in duels or contact situations). In both contexts, the trunk must accompany and regulate the tension generated by the limbs, while the adductor muscles and pubic structures act as a critical link between these two regions, being subjected to significant tensile, torsional, and shear forces, particularly during high-intensity actions.<\/p>\n
