It also plays a key role in designing comprehensive screening batteries, applicable both to performance analysis and to the monitoring and control of injury risk factors identified in different situations.<\/p>\n
The course content is organized into four conceptual axes:<\/p>\n
The first conceptual axis introduces the importance of conducting assessments with a clear and specific objective, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and the relevance of assessments across various professional settings.<\/p>\n
The second axis examines the concepts of internal and external load, focusing on the implementation of tools to quantify training and rehabilitation loads.<\/p>\n
After completing these first two axes, attention shifts to analyzing the metrics derived from various assessment tools, as well as exploring the development of customized tools for specific contexts.<\/p>\n
The fourth conceptual axis addresses, from a methodological perspective, how to analyze athletic performance and injury risk factors.
