This training represents the second of two modules focused on hamstring injuries. Due to the high relevance of these injuries in football, the content has been divided into two separate but complementary courses, forming a single comprehensive training pathway.
Hamstring injuries pose significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges in high-performance sports, owing to their high incidence, clinical complexity, and functional impact. Accurate interpretation of clinical and imaging findings, combined with the precise selection of therapeutic strategies, is critical to optimizing recovery and preventing recurrences.
This course provides a specialized approach to the diagnostic analysis and therapeutic management of hamstring injuries, emphasizing evidence-based clinical practice and interdisciplinary decision-making. The program delves into the implementation of conservative treatment strategies, the identification of clinical and ultrasound criteria that justify surgical referral, and structured therapeutic follow-up using standardized clinical reports.
Throughout the course, participants will develop competencies to integrate clinical, functional, and imaging data in the planning and adaptation of treatment, applying objective criteria to assess therapeutic response and adjust strategies as needed. In addition, emphasis will be placed on developing and analyzing clinical reports to document findings, monitor progression, and support interdisciplinary decision-making, thereby reinforcing the role of the professional in the comprehensive management of elite athletes.
