This Expert Program is specifically focused on addressing the main muscular injuries encountered in football. The training emphasizes thigh injuries, with particular attention to the hamstring muscles and the rectus femoris, which together account for a significant proportion of muscular injuries in the sport.
Although these injuries do not represent the entirety of muscular pathologies observed in football, they constitute a highly relevant group due to their frequency and their impact on player performance and competitive availability. For this reason, the program offers an in-depth and targeted approach, providing solid foundations for the understanding, prevention, and effective management of this type of injury.
1. Functional Anatomy and Ultrasound Diagnosis of the Posterior Thigh Compartment
2. Analysis, Diagnosis, and Therapeutic Intervention in Hamstring Injuries
3. Comprehensive Approach to Rectus Femoris Injury in Football Players
