The strategy of this Expert Program focuses specifically on anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury, one of the most significant conditions in football due to its high incidence and severe impact. The content is structured to provide a comprehensive view of the therapeutic and functional approach following ACL reconstruction, establishing the foundations needed to navigate the early protection phase. During this initial stage, the aim is to promote tissue recovery and restore overall knee function, preparing the player for the subsequent phases of rehabilitation.
In addition to specific training focused on the rehabilitation process—where various tasks are analyzed and structured for integration—, the program includes a module dedicated to neuromuscular control methodology. This component is particularly relevant in joint injuries of this nature, as it plays a critical role in functional re-education and the prevention of recurrence.
Through this structure, the program provides professionals with in-depth, systematic knowledge of all the stages a player undergoes following an ACL injury, enabling them to intervene with rigor and coherence throughout the entire recovery process.
