This program is designed to provide comprehensive and specialized knowledge of the football player during the developmental stages. Considering the different phases of maturation, talent development possibilities, and other key parameters during these stages is essential to foster the holistic growth of young players and prevent the emergence of limitations that may affect their sporting trajectory.
This knowledge is integrated into work methodologies specifically designed for injury prevention in young footballers. On one hand, strength training is addressed through the lens of biotensegrity, placing central importance on the fascia and the myofascial complex. This approach is particularly relevant for the prevention of muscular and tendinous injuries, as it promotes structurally efficient and functional training.
On the other hand, the program offers professionals advanced training in the knowledge, methodology, and application of neuromuscular control training, with a specific emphasis on joint injury prevention. The combination of these approaches provides professionals with a solid foundation to effectively intervene in the athletic development of young footballers, enabling them to optimize performance and plan training sessions that integrate targeted tasks to minimize injury risk.
