This Expert Program provides professionals with a deep understanding and robust ability to design and implement conditional training processes integrated with technical–tactical work. To achieve this, the program adopts a comprehensive approach to small-sided games (SSGs) as a methodological tool aimed at simultaneously optimizing cardiorespiratory fitness, technical–tactical skills, and tactical awareness in football players.
SSGs create a highly specific practice environment in which players can develop their physical, technical, and tactical capacities simultaneously, accurately replicating the real demands of the game. Furthermore, the program is designed to ensure that the knowledge acquired regarding this methodology can be applied to the design of highly specific assessments, tailored to the individual needs of each player. Such assessments become a strategic tool both for performance optimization and for use during post-injury rehabilitation, ensuring precise and contextually relevant monitoring throughout the process.
