This program focuses on player assessment, both for performance monitoring and control, and for evaluating progression during post-injury rehabilitation phases. Such knowledge is essential for the various professionals involved in the development and management of football players.
The training approach is organized into levels of specificity aligned with the real demands of the game, proposing a progression from general assessments to evaluations focused on skills closely linked to competition. This progression moves toward environments with a higher degree of ecological representativeness, ensuring that the assessments accurately reflect the functional demands of football.
Complementing this core training, the program includes a course dedicated to the use of immersive technologies in training. This component expands the range of possible interventions by virtually recreating specific scenarios for assessing players’ physical and technical conditions. By enabling the manipulation of contextual variables, immersive reality becomes a particularly valuable tool for both performance optimization processes and rehabilitation programs.
